Professional Requirements for a Career in Real Estate
As with other professions, state licensing is required to become a RealtorŪ. Prior to taking your licensing exam, prospects must pass two pre-licensing educational courses. While these courses will provide you with the legal and ethical book training, Action Real Estate will provide you with an additional layer of on the job training, where you'll learn the practical application of your book knowledge, in actual transactions, working along side an experienced Realtor® .
